CSA Materials and Engineering Document Service Request is committed to filling every in-scope, properly cited request within 24-48 hours. Requests are processed during the local working hours of 8am - 5pm, U.S. Central Time. While there is a fee for filled requests, it is a cost recovery fee intended to support a strong collection and dedicated services.

Additional Services & Fees

Copyright Royalty
We will make copyright royalty payments on your behalf. The fee for this service will vary, as copyright fees are set by the individual rightsholders. A $1.00 processing fee is added by the library for this service. Use the Maxcost feature on your request form to ensure that you don't pay more than you wish for a copyright paid document.

Bibliographic Verification Service

$7.50 - Incomplete or difficult citations can often be completed through additional bibliographic searching, allowing us to supply a document or locate an alternate source for the material.
