  • A limited number of reservations will be available each day
  • Reservations must be made at least 24 hours in advance by completing and submitting this form
  • All Library materials to be used during your visit must be listed on this form. Materials and their call numbers may be found by searching in Primo
  • After your reservation is confirmed, you should request the materials you plan to use through Primo. For help with requesting materials, visit our Using the Library page

Onsite Safety Protocols

All Library patrons must adhere to the following safety protocols while in the Library:

  • Face masks are required; if you do not have one, a new disposable mask will be provided
  • Your movements within the building will be limited to the Main Reading Room or the History of Science Reading Room and the nearest public restroom
  • All stack areas, including the Mezzanine, will remain closed to patrons
  • You will be asked to select a seat that will become your reading room location for the entire length of your visit

Non-research related visits will not be accommodated at this time to minimize the number of people in the building, and to protect the health and safety of all patrons and staff. Your cooperation and understanding are greatly appreciated.
