On June 6, the Linda Hall Library honored young scientists from elementary school through high school across metropolitan Kansas City.
Library staff helped judge entries at the 2016 Greater Kansas City Science and Engineering Fair in April. Award winners were invited to display their projects at the Library and attend a private reception along with teachers and parents.
The Library displayed the work of 34 young scientists throughout the month of May and posted an individual project each day on the Library’s Facebook account. Those postings will continue through July 1.
