The Linda Hall Library's Business Leadership Council (BLC) brings together corporations, institutions, and like-minded organizations in Kansas City to collaborate on STEAM initiatives, enhancing education and workforce pipelines. The primary goal of the BLC is to foster collaboration within the local STEAM ecosystem, promoting cross-sector partnerships and strengthening STEAM education and career pathways. In line with this, the BLC aims to connect STEAM companies with student populations, facilitating workforce development and career exploration through hands-on learning experiences.

The Linda Hall Library Stella Nova Society (SNS) is a group of like-minded emerging professionals representing various corporations and professional organizations across the Kansas City metro. SNS provides its members with opportunities to broaden their networks, acquire valuable leadership and committee experience, advance their professional portfolios, and collaborate on initiatives that benefit the greater community.
