STEM Futures Showcase
The 2025 STEM Futures Showcase will be held on TUESDAY, AUGUST 5, 2025.
Are you or do you know a student who is interested in a career in STEM? Join the Linda Hall Library Stella Nova Society and partners for a STEM Futures Showcase day!
For students in grades 9-12, this event will provide participants with the opportunity to visit real-world workplaces connected to STEM and gain hands-on, real-world experience from industry professionals. Experiences and site visits will include Children's Mercy Hospital Innovation Center, Slaggie Architects, Kansas City National Security Campus managed by Honeywell FM&T and Linda Hall Library staff. Recent 12th-grade graduates and students entering 9th grade this fall are also encouraged to participate.
A gift bag, breakfast, lunch, and transportation from the Linda Hall Library to job sites will be provided. All attendees must wear CLOSED-TOE SHOES to attend site visits.
